Asus just released an SDK for developers for the Eee PC which means that 3rd party developers will now be able to develop applications for the Linux software. For the developers out there, the SDK is a 1.2GB DVD Image and must be installed from a DVD drive. It is a bootable copy of Xandros Linux.
There's also a PDF handbook which shows you how to develop software for the Eee PC. The Asus Eee PC is a huge hit so there should be a good amount of developers who will work on it. We can't wait to see what the first applications are for the Eee PC. Maybe we'll find some decent games on it.
